All orders are non-returnable If you receive any items with damages, please notify our office within 3 days of receiving your order. We may ask that you return the item to us and we will issue you a call tag and Return Authorization number to process your return.
Damaged items will be replaced at no additional charge.
If a damaged item cannot be replaced due to being sold out we will issue a credit back to your original payment method.
Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours. If you need expedited shipping call us! We are happy to do everything possible to rush your order.
Orders placed online always enjoy complimentary ground shipping. For orders requiring shipping methods other than UPS or Fed Ex Ground we will prepay and add the shipping costs to your invoice. If you prefer that we use your UPS or FED EX Account, please provide that in the notes section on your order. You can also call us and we will be happy to ship via collect shipping.
