Is there a minimum order?  

Our minimum order for apparel is (1) Prepak which contains (1) per size.

Example:  a regular pack has 3 pcs / 1 per size S-M=L

Where are your products manufactured? 

Most of the VLU STYLE brand is made domestically. On occasion we contract with factories in Mexico.

How can we see the items in person? 

You are welcome to visit our VLU STYLE Showroom in Atlanta. We are open Mondays -Fridays from 9:00 am til 5:00 pm. Weekends are by appointent.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and Sezzle

How do your sizes run? 

Our sizes are true to size. Refer to our Size chart on the website

What are your shipping charges? 

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $200. Shipped within the continental US.   Standard UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground shipping rates apply to orders below $200

How long does it take to ship my order? 

We ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Same day shipping is also available.

We ship from Atlanta, Georgia

What if I receive my order and there is a damaged item?  

Should an item be received damaged, contact our showroom, email us or text a picture of the damage and we will send out a replacement. If a replacement of the same item is not available, we will credit you back to your original method of payment.
